Shipping Policy
Processing time for all orders is approximately 3-5 business days (this is the amount of time it takes to prepare the items for shipping). Allow an additional 1-3 business days to ship the order to your listed address. Business days do not include the following: Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays. Shipping time begins once the item is dropped off at the post office and will vary dependent on USPS. Anam Cara Clay Goods is not held responsible for any package once it has been shipped and accepted by USPS. Anam Cara Clay Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen items one the package has been handed over to USPS. If you are in a rush and hoping that an item will be processed quicker than 3-5 business days, please contact us at anamcaraclay@gmail.com BEFORE placing your order to see if a rush order can be processed.
Exchanges and Cancellations
I gladly accept exchanges. Please contact me via email at anamcaraclay@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The item(s) must be returned in its original condition (within 30 days of delivery), with the buyer responsible for any loss in value if damaged. Items broken by the customer do not merit an exchange.
If the order has not yet been shipped out, cancellations are valid 24 hours after a purchase has been made.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. If you have a issue with your order or tracking number, please e-mail us at anamcaraclay@gmail.com.
Damages and Returns
All items are packaged in tissue paper and the small corrugated shipping box is packed with recyclable paper shreds for extra padding. Because my products are intended for physical wear, for quality control and sanitary purposes, I do not accept returns. After receiving your package, please thoroughly inspect it upon opening and in the event that your order arrives damaged/broken, please reach out to me via email within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition in its original packaging. Because most jewelry pieces are one of a kind, a replacement may not be possible, but will I try my best to replace the item with a comparable option. If the order has not yet been shipped out, cancellations are valid 24 hours after a purchase has been made.
Shipping Costs
Free local delivery and/or a designated pick up location is available if you’re located within a 25 mile radius of Waynesboro, VA. Otherwise, earrings are shipped via USPS in the following options: USPS First Class Mail with a cost of $5.00, USPS Priority Shipping with a cost of $12.00, and USPS Priority Express with a cost of $30.00. Domestic orders of $75.00 or more receive free shipping. Anam Cara Clay Goods currently only ships in the United States.
