This helps Julie to have a general idea of what you are looking for and to begin researching ideas.

Once your inquiry form is submitted, Julie will contact you about setting up your personalized design session. This is a great way to share your ideas, inspirations, and preferences so that you get exactly what you are hoping for in the finished product. Design sessions are available online or in person if you are local (i.e. within 1 hour drive of Waynesboro, VA).

Julie will work closely with you to sketch and refine your design until it matches your vision perfectly. It takes approximately 1-2 weeks for Julie to work her design magic, creating a visual sketch of your custom jewelry and providing you with a quote. A 50% deposit is due upon approval of the final design. Julie will send you an invoice with the deposit amount.

After we have made all the final adjustments and get your stamp of approval, the jewelry creation process begins in the studio! We'll bring your jewelry dreams to life using the highest quality materials and time-honored polymer clay jewelry techniques.

Each item is lovingly crafted with the utmost care and precision, so your handmade, custom pieces take a little more time. The jewelry creation process typically takes 20-30 days before they are ready for shipment. Once it is on it's way to you, delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days. Once your jewelry is finished, you will receive an invoice for the final payment. Your custom jewelry masterpiece will then be delivered along with a jewelry care package, ready to be cherished for a lifetime.
